Marine Seismic refraction in dynamic mode, shallow investigation (Pseudo 3D)

The objective of the marine seismic campaign is to provide information about the P wave velocities of the local geology of a seismic area in order to provide information for a dredging operation.
The purpose of the acquisition was to provide pseudo 3D data block and to integrate the geotechnical information available on site.
About 4 km of measurements in dynamic mode has been acquired.
Depth investigation between 10 and 15 meters.

  • Offshore seismic refraction (MSR)
  • Dynamic approach (equipment dragged on the seabed)
  • High resolution of the acquisition
  • Shallow investigation of the acquisition
  • Production of a 3D data bloc of P wave velocity variations
  • Dredging
